HEALTH: LOW CAL/CARB DRINK ?
My friend, Nasser, inspired me to switch consuming Frapps to a more healthier choice. Iced Americano.
I remember how a frapp would not last 5 good minutes, I quickly shove it back my throat and keep my eyes fixed on the next drink, Dinosaur moment HAH!
I go: “One Venti Iced Americano, less ice and a bit of Soy milk please”
You may choose regular milk, skimmed, or what have you. I also throw in 2 packs of sweet N low suga, need that Umm umm umm feel.
Realized this drink stays with me for at least 20 minutes longer, I sip, put it down, sip, put it down, merry go round. You get the pic.
I like this because its a healthy choice, its not low in carb or calorie, ZERO calories and carbs is more like it. AAAH, so there you have it, my latest tummy killing revelation.

Ordered it immediatelty !! LOVED IT // brought me quick flashbacks to 2008, UK with mum and dad, december, shopping mania, smell of coffee, cold weather, everybody’s having a merry good time, oh and freaks were absent by then.
One more thing, Starfox ? where are the red paper cups ? now you know I love me some fine red paper cups, FETCH THEM !
