Im really enjoying this – not a lot of stress and very easy to skim through, aside from the indian names and Hindu references.
Whats funny is the amount of disconnection you fund yourself in.
In a beautiful country like ours with a more beautiful outlook of what is written in newspapers, thats exactly what I needed.
Google, it, have a look, see if it might fit you.

Lately, I don’t have time to read anything so I go a bit KOKO and listen to a collection of Audio books on the way to work – back home – at the gym – you name it.
This one, however, needed a special dose of attention as it is highly important (to me) and needs a large amount of focus.
NOT FOR EVERYONE.

I guess now I know why my eyes blink. I can’t read when work starts, so in this “well deserved” // “self paid” vacation I’m abusing my senses. HAH!
Spiritual seekers, this book is known as a classic. Shame I didn’t read it yet, but I’m about to. SO EXCITED/Cant Wait !
Here is a description from Amazon:
“Autobiography of a Yogi is at once a beautifully written account of an exceptional life and a profound introduction to the ancient science of Yoga and its time-honored tradition of meditation. This acclaimed autobiography presents a fascinating portrait of one of the great spiritual figures of our time. With engaging candor, eloquence, and wit, Paramahansa Yogananda tells the inspiring chronicle of his life: the experiences of his remarkable childhood, encounter with many saints and sages during his youthful search throughout India for an illumined teacher, ten years of training in the hermitage of a revered yoga master, and the thirty years that he lived and taught in America. Also recorded here are his meetings with Mahatma Gandhi, Rabindranath Tagore, Luther Burbank, the Catholic stigmatist Therese Neumann, and other celebrated spiritual personalities of East and West. The author clearly explains the subtle but definite laws behind both the ordinary events of everyday life and the extraordinary events commonly termed miracles. His absorbing life story becomes the background for a penetrating and unforgettable look at the ultimate mysteries of human existence. Selected as “One of the 100 Best Spiritual Books of the Twentieth Century,” Autobiography of a Yogi has been translated into 20 languages, and is regarded worldwide as a classic of religious literature. Several million copies have been sold, and it continues to appear on best-seller lists after more than sixty consecutive years in print. Profoundly inspiring, it is at the same time vastly entertaining, warmly humorous and filled with extraordinary personages. Self-Realization Fellowship’s editions, and none others, include extensive material added by the author after the first edition was published, including a final chapter on the closing years of his life.”
One more thing: WOW!
So happy I have an iPad, browse, buy and voilla, the book is there.

Can not express how happy I am with my self-paid vacation.
I read, read, read some more then read again, uninterrupted.
Anyway, here we are with a new classic by Author Ram Dass.
The book is spiritual, focuses on transformation, well being, enlightenment and eternal bliss.
Check it out on Amazon, iBooks or your kindle devices. Read the reviews.

One of the books that will change your life. It transformed the essence of my very being.
Whats beautiful about it is the deep/intricate/highly soulful topics revolving around human consciousness.
Why do I think it will change you forever ?
Please take a moment and look at this map of consciousness
This graph shows you different levels of consciousness.
Do you know that 85% of humans living on earth are under the level 200 ? Only a handful are up there.
Questions that will probably rush to your brain cells:
What is consciousness ?
Why are there levels ?
Who’s David ?
Spiritual seekers know what Im talking about. Non seekers, do your research.
Im not being mean or not helpful, trust me I want nothing but your well being. However, it is a small test that’ll determine how much you want it.
I was blessed to have a person who tested and surprised me with results. I’ll just say that I am beyond thrilled. The biggest gift i’ll ever receive were the words he uttered. If that person allows me, i’ll interview & try to make him available for you guys. HE IS AWESOME !
Only one little thing to highlight here, the book tends to have a scientific approach, if this approach is ok with you then go ahead. Its a must have.
Get it on:

My friend, Yousef, keeps sends me all kinds of messy mess from all corners of the globe.
This time, however, he sent me something I found KOKO, still, useful.
Specially to those on TV shows. Wow, when they speak, music and all mythological muses come rushing to me, specifically this phrase:
“Dish bil 6oof” not 6oofa, mind you.
Love the second phrase !
I mean, anyone buying this should just let me know ok ? LAWWWD knows I need an improved audio experience.
Got a bit tired of hearing koko words and going ….
p.s: Read the last phrase where they translate how to say “This is too big” – “Hazzaa wayeid Kabeer”
