I saw this at Q8REDFLAG, the other day, wanted to share it with you guys but completely forgot.
Please be patient as you go through the video as the direction is a bit boring, however, the content is blissfuly delightful.
In other words, this chalet is
“كافخ”
Here is a bit of what’s written on the author’s vimeo page:
“Star house results from a series of pronounced plans that define the designed spaces and their relationship to the coast of Kuwait. The house is designed to adapt to the different times of the day in order to maximize the privacy of those dwelling. A succession of living spaces and rest areas are connected by a central staircase that logically organizes the spatial distribution. By nightfall the house is permeated with light in which the building resituates itself once more somewhere between the desert and the waters of Kuwait.”

Every man’s greatest dream is to fly.
“I truly believe, deep in my heart, that you can never go wrong with nature. The direction I wanted was something stripped down to the roots, earthy, real, peaceful, moves away from current trends, yet set new ones” Thats what I said last time I revamped the blog with the highly talented design company, Circus BC.
My direction never changed, vision is still the same.
I never wanted to change anything about my previous design, my ultimate goal was to squash the bugs, lagging speed and un-wanted drama that you guys suffered from. However, “I easily get bored” is an excuse I use when I just want to explore new grounds. Kept thinking why not work with Design Box ?

Let me collaborate with one of the best companies we have here in Kuwait. Include it in the accomplishment box under my belt.
Before you click on read more, try to explore the page, go up and down, have a look.
When you are done with reading and exploring, please leave me a comment if you found an error or design flaw. You can ofcourse always share the love and tell me if you like it ;D

Another booth I like from the P2BK event is Triangle’s place.
Its very simple. Everything is triangle-ish from the boxes, sandwiches to the booth.
Colors were minimal, actually two, pink’n'green then mixed with default wood texture.
The owners designed and produced the whole thing. Nice stuff.

There are a couple of booths I like from the P2BK event. This is one of them.
I’ll throw more booths I like in the next couple of days.
“The idea is for people to put their heads inside the booth, as if they have gone into our creative heads and view the process of our work which begins with passion towards what we do and great impact on the consumers at the end.

CIRCUSBC, a local branding and advertising agency, is proud to announce its affiliation with P2BK for the 4th year. As one of P2BK’s sponsors and handling its advertising and designs, you will find us there now !”
