Beautiful Beach Laranjeiras Residence, designed by Brazilian architect Fernanda Marques. The house is located in one of Brazil´s most gorgeous, natural beauty surroundings, Paraty, on the southern coast of Rio de Janeiro. With 950 m², three suites and private access to the beach, this is definitely a dream home.

Lately, been obsessed with beautiful architecture from all over the world.

This one is one of the nicest things I’v seen lately, great stuff.

This is what I received:

“All 350,000 square feet of the staggering new Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts are quite real and opening to the public this Fall.

Designed by Moshe Safide with acoustic engineering by Yasuhisa Toyota (of Disney Hall fame), the center began work in 2006 and houses two state of the art performance venues including a 1,800 seat proscenium theater and 1,600 seat concert hall.

The facility spans 13 acres and its structure is one of the most complex designs to have been built. The signature exterior feature is, yup, the roof: a series of undulating curved steel segments, which span the performing halls and eventually come to intersect with a suspended metal and glass foyer that spans the building’s width. Within its walls, the theaters themselves are sheathed in continuous, curved beechwood panels.

Heads up though. You won’t find the Kauffman Center or its slate of top tier performances in New York or Los Angeles, but rather refreshingly, in Kansas City, Missouri right up the street from their Power & Light district. If you happen to find yourself in the area on September 18, be sure to check their free open house”

I saw this at Q8REDFLAG, the other day, wanted to share it with you guys but completely forgot.

Please be patient as you go through the video as the direction is a bit boring, however, the content is blissfuly delightful.

Here is a bit of what’s written on the author’s vimeo page:

“Star house results from a series of pronounced plans that define the designed spaces and their relationship to the coast of Kuwait. The house is designed to adapt to the different times of the day in order to maximize the privacy of those dwelling. A succession of living spaces and rest areas are connected by a central staircase that logically organizes the spatial distribution. By nightfall the house is permeated with light in which the building resituates itself once more somewhere between the desert and the waters of Kuwait.”

The direction I wanted was something stripped down to the roots, earthy, real, peaceful, moves away from current trends, yet set new ones” Thats what I said last time I revamped the blog with the highly talented design company, Circus BC.

My direction never changed, vision is still the same.

I never wanted to change anything about my previous design, my ultimate goal was to squash the bugs, lagging speed and un-wanted drama that you guys suffered from. However, “I easily get bored” is an excuse I use when I just want to explore new grounds. Kept thinking why not work with Design Box ?

Story:

Did you think i’ll stay an egg forever ? Well eggs hatched and a beautiful dark feathered hummingbird came along !

You can not p0ach a hummingbird, it will come to you all by itself.

Why a Hummingbird ? Well, dinosaurs from my era understand this.

Remember back in the day when we had nothing at home but KTV? After each and every ATHAN, they show a 10 minute clip that semi-showcases GOD’s creative ability to produce things like Volcanos, Ice on water, then a bit of nature, right in the end, they show you a HUMMINGBIRD trying to feed off of a beautiful yellow flower, the cutest thing ever created.

“MOM!! whats that bird ?” – “Thats one of the birds you’ll see in heaven, tiny, yet powerful, just like you”. Ever since I saw it, I could not forget how elegant and beautiful it was. p0ach and the hummingbird share the same food preference, both crave honey, on daily basis.

Iconic, thats what it is. Its nothing like the birds you know, not the speed, not the way it flies, the colors, kinds, nature or how it lives. Miraculous creature. Please do not assume I will give you a lecture why I chose it, its as famous as the Jackson family, you look it up, you research.

I grew up highly fond of it and always kept my eyes on the look if there are any documentaries out there. I found one lately, a breakthrough, nothing like regular documentaries, extremely beautiful.

That documentary restored a lot of  memories, I even remember the Michael Jackson Pajamas with the matching bed sheets I had (BAD album cover) HAH!

Design:

I wanted to keep the same clean slate look, however, I received some feedback from friends telling me to tweak some stuff here and there. Their wish and constructive criticism became my command.

The basic elements that represent nature seen on the header are common grounds that my soul rests upon today. So here goes:

Elements

Hummingbird: Although explained earlier. It represents optimism and sweetness.
Bees: Hard work, regal power and splashes of energy.
Flowers: Kindness.
Sun: Light/ energy/ creativity.
Water: Nourishment/ fulfillment / moisture.
KOKO-Duck: Just random koko rubber duck I like it alot, HAH! (check it out in the footer)

Colors

Yellow: Joy, happiness, intellect, and energy.
Blue: Wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven.
Pink: Pure, hope and love.
White & Black contrast: Classic.

If you noticed, every post has a different color than the previous one. Eye therapy.

Slogan:

Notoriously Delightfull. Written with double L’s.

The slogan is inspired by those who like to run their mouths alot. I heard them say things along these lines “Yeah, I know p0ach, isint he the guy who talks about positive things ?” – “He lives in his own bubble”.

Well, whatever the intention of these remarks was, I cherish them. You talkative creatures inspired me to shove my home-taught-parents+grandparents goodness in your faces everytime you decide to pass me by, everyday that is.

I have nothing but love for you, the inspiration is priceless.

Actually, the slogan has a huge contrast in meaning. Delight and Notorious are opposites put together. Here’s why:

Notorious: Well-known for some bad or unfavorable quality, deed. Gangster, Criminal.
Delight: Something that gives great pleasure or enjoyment.
Delight-fuLL (Double L) As in full of delight. Playing on words, love literature.

Notoriously delightful is a statement. It could be a way to describe the Hummingbird or p0ach. There are Infinite possibilities what this slogan might mean, exact intention? Not sharing. Wont restrict your mental abilities. You decide what it means.

For those who run their mouths ? aside from Karma and how beautifully pleasant it is, know this:

The more you talk, the more money I make.

Technical Stuff:

The web used to load very slowly. Has lots of hiccups here and there.

All fixed.

Community:

As a citizen, I said it before and I’ll say it again. I will do my very best to serve my country and give back to the community the best way I know how.

I am only one individual, I am not a stay-in-home kind of guy, I love to go out, enjoy life everyday, always and forever. So try to moderate your expectations if you don’t mind, HAH!

I highly recommend Design Box to anyone who seeks a web design, development and management system. I can clearly and with no doubt in my mind tell you that they are technically brilliant.

Had many requests in hand, most of them were granted. That feels great. However, you have to bring forth your own creative energy to the field, you have to have your hands full with the guys. Its a collaborative effort in the end of the day. Everybody feeds off of eachother. You can only imagine how magnificent ideas become when 3-4 brains bring work together in harmony.

My message is clear and simple

Light is with in, you do not need ANY one or thing to light you up.

A higher loving force expects alot from you, regardless of what you believe in.

A MESSAGE FROM P0ACH TO EVERYONE:

I spread whats good in the country because I believe in the goodness we have within. Pushed many boundaries and squashed many myth-like ideologies by giving real examples through Interviews and polls in which you all have participated in.

Never criticized anyone unless its related to the field of Entertainment. They make me laugh.

Never chose controversial or tabloid like news. If I was running after ratings and high number of visitors, I know all the tricks out there. Thats not how I roll.

Blogs come and go. Never compete, always share. Take it this way, there is Kuwait, Gulf, Arabian countries, Asia, Africa, Europe and The Americas, earth, the planet, then there is the whole universe. Then there is silence. Then Infinity. How tiny are you now? Still want to compete? You belittle and disrespect yourself if you still think so. Just enjoy what you do and bring forth your inner goodness. Try at least.

On Human Level

I do not fear anyone or anything. I am a privileged citizen. I do not need or want to be nice to please anyone. I do it because I want to. The house I come from is warm, full of love and is highly compassionate, I gave you a glimpse of it.

I do not kiss up to anyone, anything wither individuals or entities.

NO-THING has a SAY/Force/Order upon me. My dear, I aim to please myself. When I choose something for me, I choose the very best. I believe thats what I do here.

Take it or leave it. I say that with love and a big smile on my face.

Another booth I like from the P2BK event is Triangle’s place.

Its very simple. Everything is triangle-ish from the boxes, sandwiches to the booth.

Colors were minimal, actually two, pink’n'green then mixed with default wood texture.

The owners designed and produced the whole thing. Nice stuff.

My friend at work, F, handed me a very well put together brochure he brought from Banta. Unfortunately, the brochure he gave me is not on their website.

Basically, if your not in the mode to BUILD your chalet, ranch or what have you, they have ready made units, complete with furniture, air condition system, plumming, electricity, the whole nine yards.

In our chalet, there is an empty space I’d like to occupy using a unit like this, either from them or anyother company, so if ya’ll know a place that does stuff of that nature, i’d love to know about’em.

Here is what you need to know, excuse the crazy english:

Cheap sleep in case of emergency for anyone rich or poor!!

No time wasted looking for a hotel

Designed to be installed at train stations and airports, and central public places or cities where accommodation is fully booked.

In tropical climate countries the sleeper box can be installed outdoors in main streets.

The space includes bed, linen, ventilation system, alarm. LCD TV, WiFi , space for your laptop and re chargeable phone. Under your bed and floor there is a cupboard for your luggage.

Payment is made at terminals who will give clients an electronic key that can be purchased for 15 minutes or for as many hours as you need.

Some of the renovation mess in my room. I want this dilemma to end. Immediately.
