I stole this pic from 4thringroad.
Everytime I get in our house, leave, come back again, travel the world, go to chalet, to the gym, hang out with friends – I have to pass by our kitchen on the ground floor.
Koko, our little bird buddy is always there in the cage. Looking at me, making sounds, sometimes strange, sometimes sane, regardless, he wants me to play with him, so I do. A couple of seconds, a minute or two maybe ? then POOF, I leave again.
He stays in the cage.
Thats his state for more than a year now. Always in the cage.
It kills me to see KOKO in that state.
I thought “Why don’t I free KoKo ?” a striking question came right back at me “Will he survive ?”
Tried contacting people who take care of animals, did not recieve an answer that feels good. Thats me being nice here.
Im not sensitive, its just that Koko is a being with a soul and I just feel like there are other ways to take care of an animal. Anything but a cage.
A goldfish is blessed, has a short memory span, it can survive a tank and stuff, right ? WRONG, look !
What Should I do ?
I need a solution.

*update* had to take some pictures off.
A friend called saying he saw a lion in the middle of the sea, then saw it again by Al7aala semi-island. I said cut the crap, hung up and just went with whatever it is I’m doing.
Surprise Surprise, another friend of mine, Mishal, posted his mini es-ca-pade in the beautiful salty seas of ours – and yes, I saw this:

I don’t know what to say – something in me went ” OK ?” mixed with the usual “OH HELL NAWW” but then again my mind reminded me where I am and how aristocrasy is everything *ahem* so might as well take it all in and just enjoy the beautiful scenery.
This is where some of you beautiful females go “yes yes but who’s the hot guy with lions – MARRIAGE” hah!
isn’t she beautiful ? Look at those eyes, awwww !
She’s not really that nice – found some tender meat, wanted to grab a bite but a7MeDaNiiii jumped away

GleamyJewels is a small in home cattery located in Kuwait specializing in Silver and Golden Persians. GleamyJewels is a cattery name registered with CFA.
The Silver and Golden Division consists of chinchilla and shaded silvers and goldens.
The exquisite silvers are considered the most luxurious cat of all Persians. The chinchilla is a sparkling white cat with black tipping scattered as evenly as stardust, ever so lightly, on the face, legs, tail and body.
Silvers and goldens have green or blue-green eyes rimmed with black, black paw pads, brick red or rose nose leather with black liner, and black lip liner.

This is GleamyJewel’s first litter of Silver kittens and we were so lucky to get two chinchilla silver females that are so adorable. They are currently available and looking for good homes only.
This breed is not available in Kuwait and I have got my cats from abroad and it is so disturbing to see people using the name chinchilla for other cats and most people are deceived. So, this post is to educate people out there of this special breed of the persian cat.
Hope you have fallen in love with this breed as much as I’ve fallen for them.
