Running The Marathon Sunday Morning Post
Im about to to do it, again ! This time with @Aalhuzami Ahmed AlHuzami from Extreme Sports (pic above). Under his guidance and supervision that is.
I remember I had a run – no no, drop that, I had a walk with friends last year at the marathon. They were pushing me to come so I thought what the heck, lets do this.
This year, however, I want to do it and im training before hand at the gym with a trainer and just yesterday I said “Paleo, baby i’ll worship you so give me them blessings, make’em big” so we’ll see how A Paleo Life Style diet + Gym + Trainer + a goal to reach by November will work.
Crossing fingers like crazy.
OH and a few weeks back I finished putting together a bad a$$ musical playlist.
What I’ll do is basically bombard you with my progress, what Im doing, the gear **ahem** i’ll be wearing and yes yes the results offcourse.
A child in me is screaming “im excited im excited im excited !!”.
Look, I even got gear from now to rock on !

Ever heard of Saucony before ? The shoe brand ? i’ll cover it in details the more I kill it in the gym, HAH!
Honestly though, I had to kill some activities or change the way I do things to make a space for this to happen or take place.

We are all very excited to run the ultra-marathon this year but on one condition: they must agree to provide us luxury spring water from Fashion TV. Oh, and hang on- there must be a make up pavillion at the half-way mark letting us top-up on that Smashbox foundation for a perfect photofinish. Shortly, we shall embark on training at a camp in Baden Baden followed by one in Prague and then, in the Interlaken. See you at the race.
