Book: It Starts With Food

The hype was overwhelming for me to go through and jump on the band wagon.
In case you didnt know PALEO is the new “IT” diet/life-style/food plan to run by.
Tried it for a couple of days a month back and its perfect. ***HERE COMES THE EXCUSE*** I was busy, really busy and had to manage stuff at work, outside work, family stuff then my stuff so I thought “ok, let me just break this down – finish what I have in hand then jump back on the Wagon” – so umm yeah. thats it. HAH!

Usually, i’d say why I like this book and stuff, but mis NOM NOM Paleo – who I bought her app – made a very nice run-through on the book and she couldnet have covered it any better.

I’ve seen this book on amazon a while ago. I have read a lot of diet and exercise books and know exactly what I should do if I want to lose weight. But I feel like this book would make me more serious about committing to a diet, so Imma pick it up on kindle.
I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes you just need a new piece of info to shake your old data base and charge you up again. That book does that, specially with its 30 day plan as a kickstart to life long commitment.
