DEEP COVE OCTOPUS AU JUS, SEA ANEMONE FRITTERS, LOBSTER AND PINEAPPLE TARTAR, MARINATED MACKEREL, CITRUS FRUIT FLOAT AND PASSION-PEAR SORBET, CHERRY CAPPUCCINO and RED FRUIT CHARLOTTE. These are just few of the predominant themes of Vilebrequin’s latest collection.
