Throwing Trash, Live
On the way to work, talking on the phone (hands free) with one of the nicest human beings to touch this earth then *BAAAM* this happens.
A dude throwing this cup, kleenex tissues and a ciggie right on the floor straight from his window, may I add, in front of the police officer, just like that, like nothing happened and WEEEEE he went away.
Dear Ministry of interior, I would love to have some officials from your side contact me so I can provide a pic that has the car’s license plate.
It didn’t upset me, not one bit, I found it funny actually. That action + the carelessness from officials spoke 1,000s of books ahead.
Aren’t we beautiful ? *ahem*

same thing happened to me while walking to the gym after i parked my car. a dude, rolled down his window and BAAHMMM throws a starbucks coffee cup full of coffee out his window, like really throwing it far from his car. he could have killed somebody
no but i was so pissed that i thought about running to my car and follow this F#$#.
Am so MAD, the MOI should start a campaign about littering, the should fine people 300 KD for it. this might reduce the trashing.

Just look at your own photo… there is a police officer in front of the offending car. You could have rolled down your window and spoken to him if u were serious
