   It’s not new actually…and honestly…it’s an O.K. site…not that great…nothing like a real auction…even if a person won the auction the seller would just post it again thinking they will get more money…happend to me…then after like 2 weeks of more trying that person tried to contact me and sell it…lol

   Thank you for your genuine and honest opinion, I wish to hear more from you and people with similar cases to be able to improve the website and meet all your expectations.

   1- I think that Auction.com.kw is currently very close to a real auction, online. Real auctions start with a particular opening price, then people who attend the auction can bid until the highest bidder wins the auction and finally gets the item.

   2- Since the website is new, we are still in a stage where major changes are being made; one example is that users must verify their mobile numbers before using the “sell, buy now, bid, and comment” tools on the website. This was implemented last week and it improved the quality of the auctioned items and bids since non of them is fake.

   3- If you go through the Help page, it clearly states that the seller is not obligated to sell the item if it didn’t reach the price he wished for. Currently in Kuwait it is difficult to bind such agreement. But don’t worry, our team will continue the hard work to obtain a solid solution for such dilemma.
