The irony.. My friend opened an account in this bank about a month ago. She didn’t receive the card until last Wednesday. The process was full of official complaints and complementary gift cards from Al Shaya’
lires!!! i had to go to the branch 5 times over 2 weeks to get my ATM card!!!! I got it after i officially complained!

I think they can deliver their promise because they don’t have much customers like kfh and nbk,,,this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with my friend was working in this bank he just quit from it because they didn’t treat him well as an employee,,,even their employees are suffering

And FYI guys we have been working on this for the past 6 months now and it is working well, yesterday was the official launch. The last commenter just for your info, our customers are increasing and you can’t compare KFH with other local banks like NBK and GB because their service is zero!
