I’m currently in champions – female.
Shitty as hell. No concern for customers. I have complained numerous times about something that could be fixed in 5 minutes – nothing. When I told them again they said they never had this complaint before, flat out denied it and said “she’ll see what she can do” (owner). They have some rules that are rigid one day and completely disregarded the next. Their trainers are extremely nice and friendly, but most are not very competent, especially when it comes to weight lifting. There’s ALWAYS a price promotion.
Worst of all.. money was spent on a extremely tacky interior with huge spaces that are lost. The gym area is very small and not that great.
Lady who owns champions… you don’t listen when we complain to your face… maybe this would work. I’m sick of the lack of decent female gyms here!
