Buddha’s Brain – The Practical Neuroscience of Happiness, Love, and Wisdom.
I honestly have no time to read or write things since everything around me is going real fast. I’v always wanted to read this book since it talks about Neuro-related topics.
Decided to get the AUDIOBOOK version of it – run it while im in the car heading to wrok or errands. This technique is a life saver. A big thank you to iTunes app store. Nearly every important book has an audio version of it.
