Men who ruled my TV in Ramadan
I dont usually explain why I love people, I just do. Energy, its what gets me to peeps. Kinda contagious.
Mishary Al Kharaz is a wonderful gift to us on this temporary earth, I love him because he follows the ” I will inspire you to change without ORDERING you to do what I want you to”. Oh and killer smile Misho, killer, HAH!
Honestly though, Im so happy and proud of you. You inspired me big time, I look at prayer differently, I feel so alive. THANK YOU.
Plus, Im so happy that his show is airing on MBC and WATAN TV, thank you network executives for believing and giving him all the push he needs. You too ZAIN, you too.
Mohamed Al-Awadhi is also on another level/plate of gracious goodness, he’s just amazing. I love him because he likes to crack myths and ideologies with hard core facts. Its honestly lots of effort to gather, read, research and put up everything for us while we just sit and watch and we may or may not hear him, he does the effort anyway. Trust that we appreciate everything you do mohammed. You are another gift too. BLESS YOU !
BONUS:
Another person who I think is improving a bit is, YES I CANT BELIEVE IM SAYING IT, Nabeel Al-Awadhi. I KNOW he is a man with lots of knowledge. However being harsh + finger pointing + downgrading people wont make me and a huge number of people listen to you dear Nabeel. Why I like his show ? Because he talks about people from previous ages, not current affairs, which somehow makes the show a bit digestible on the ears.
I dont want to sound mean, I know you did lots of work and effort, we appreciate it, HOWEVER, you may need to take a lesson or two from Mishary, Mohammed, Khalid al Mathkour, Tariq Al-Suwaidan and Amro Khalid maybe ? think it through.
Oh and one important thing to note:
Im not a religious person. Im a spiritual seeker. A proud muslim, a believer in GOD, his angels, prophets, all holy books, heaven, hell and fate. BUT I do not view myself as a superior being. Thats stupid, dumb and uncalled for. We are all here for a short period of time, everything we think we know, will all vanish.
Lets make the most of what we have.

What’s strange is that many people claim they have superior education and knowledge. Read a book every month and probably have a whole wall of books and yet haven’t read the Quran or able to do so from a linguistic point of view. To argue with someone requires knowledge of the subject matter as a preprequisite. Ignorance is this societies most serious illness.
Could not agree any more.
“il esloob” and the way we approach people is half the work to get them to listen .. so for that i do applaud Meshari and Mohammad ..however I don’t see them as a “religious” role model to me at all since we don’t agree or see i2i on the defn of being religious and spirtiual … ama Nabeel I’d rather not comment
Thats just my opinion … thanks
Yazeen el opinions walla ;P and yes “il esloob” is nearly everything.
I agree
Be very careful when you listen to Mohammad Alawadhi… He tends to twist facts in order to deliver his ideology. He does not even hesitate to misrepresent the truth and then claim he was only talking about his own interpenetration!
Yes Mohammad Alawadhi sounds like a nice person, has a wonderful style, and makes you wish other people were as him… I loved listening to his tv shows at some point, but I also loved to further look into what he’s teaching which then revealed his tendency to misrepresent the truth or at least present it in a shape that fits his directions.
Just be careful not to depend on him as a reliable source of knowledge or reference for debate.
As for Nabeel, I can’t stand this person. He tends to show only the worst of people. I don’t know from what environment he comes from but he makes it sound that we live in a filthy community full of sinful people who should be running around crying and seeking his forgiveness!! He has twisted view of reality, or at least he created this view in order to sell it on TV. Its funny to know that a person like Nabeel who say its haram to work for Gulf Bank or NBK and that all the money you earn from working for these bank is haram YET he is getting paid by a man that i will not talk about but only say owns a tv network that bring its earnings from Fotha wella Motha, layali fibrayer, and Banat o bas ;p
i have one phrase for you.
“I LOVE YOUR BRAIN”
if we use your logic, then all our money is 7aram, since it resides, earns interest, and comes from central bank of kuwait…. ( there is a shari’a rule scholars put forth, which is too long for this post, but would clear up this misconception)
1. Last I checked the alwatan dude came out innocent, unless someone says the courts are wrong and what people say between them (7achy il nas) is right, thats a dangerous allegation on kuwaiti justice.
2. all in all, if am a jewish guy who owns budweiser, a strip joint, and thought of hiring an islamic advisor for my islamic bank project, does that mean the salary of that man I hired is 7aram? There is a difference between working for the guy on a different project and actually working in making budweiser … etc…
So if I use your logic, non muslims bankers can’t open up Islamic banks, or they are infidels and just not right for them to do so… We stop the good projects from happening cuz the so called bad guy is involved in some other bad projects? Soo all his money is coming from 7aram projects? One could say the salary paid is considered from the apartment buildings he is getting rent from, or other 7alal sources.
Bro, I hope you’d reconsider the logic you put forth ( i know you dont like the guy, but this dont mean you should attack him with faulty logic).
My though is if he tries to twist views as you say, then call him up and ask him this question… where is your proof? or Where is your proof from Shari’a (quran and 7adeeth)?
This should clear up most of the issue.
P.S. I hope you’d take my words with an open heart, am not defending the guy, but i heard this being said over many blogs and thought of saying what is right.
Im a huge fan of Mohammed Al-Awadhi bs i do agree with 3azeez, he does take advantage of the fact that not many people look up eli ga3den ysm3onah eb his show ;p
i dont know what interpenetration is but i meant interpretation. Blame it on auto-correction not me ;p
@3azeez/amtherex: the pot calling the kettle black? We can never tell what one’s agenda truly is but for you to deem Al Awadhi as being a lying hypocrite based solely on a personal experience is quite silly.
While it’s cute to see that you’ve gone all detective on him, fishing out his ‘shady’ dealings with various networks, and people, I can’t help but feel that your mind is clouded with resentment rather than factual evidence.
PS: people who say am instead of I am irritate me, no offense intended.
I always find you amusing. Your PS = DIAMONDS AND PEARLS LOOOL
@fuzzybear
1) I never said I had personal experience with Alawadhi
2) What do you mean ‘going all detective’?! He is giving ideas and I’m interested in exploring more about these ideas.
3) His ‘agenda’ is not a secrete… maybe you should read more for him and hear him more.
4) I’m not going to point fingers, but read my comment earlier and read yours… its clear whose the cloud minded here
ahh!! thats cute!
love.

صالح المغامسي
3ajeeeb… i love this guy.
Amro khaled seriously? He’s like the televangelist of Islam.
Anyways I prefer reading the qura’an then watch people explaining it to me. I CAN read. It also feels…I can’t really describe it. Actually, its like discovering something new where it all makes sense (my description doesn’t do it justice thou). Basically its more inspiring then watching anyone yfty/yfsr etc.
After all the first aya of the qur’an states ”iqra bsmi rabika althy 5la’8”.
Besides la sm7 allah itha these people have said something that might be wrong ra7 ykoon 3layhom ’6nb all those that watch them and believe them. If I believe them without doing my own research ham ana ra7 ykoon 3lay ’6anb.
Its sad to say that some people 9aro ytagroon bdeen. You never know whose sincere and who is right/wrong. 7ata il7aj 9ar tjara with the luxury hotels, vip hamlas etc.
Thanks for sharing.
