Ugh really that picture doesn’t look appetizing at all.
It looks like the cake got a glimpse of itself in the mirror and couldn’t handle it so it just imploded in hopes of taking out anyone who considered eating it.
The health inspectors really need to start whipping out their batons and making sure all these sparky, magical and ‘unique’ bakeries, and cookie shops are kept in check.
It’s silly how anyone can open up a shop, make a facebook account and plaster their driver’s mobile number and claim to have a ‘business’.
Oh and no offense to Gathering = )
i say chocolateness all the way. but im guessing the molten cakes are the new cupcakes? cant ppl be original? atleast change the packaging! but im sorry, i know, i cant judge without trying it, so im gonna order some for our next yam3a and then decide if its the original ‘chocolateness’ or the latecomer, ‘gathering’.

“Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.” Gathering is a professional home business that has nothing to do with Chocolateness, which is an honor being compared to however.
Their molten cakes contain a completely different ingredients since I’ve tried them myself, but I’m guessing you won’t know that since you haven’t tried it. I say you should give Gathering a try and then judge. If you still don’t like it, then I would understand because taste differs. But judging based on a picture, that I don’t understand.
Regarding “FUZZYBEAR” ‘s comment, I don’t see anything wrong with opening a home business since market demand is high, especially for the food section.
I myself tried Gathering and I have to say, it is my favorite sweet now. Chocolate lovers have to try it.

It’s called health code laws, notice how all the well known restaurants have pieces of paper plastered on their wall with stamps and all that?
I’m pretty sure Fatima’s pink-colored room doesn’t have any of that as part of it’s decor.

Market demand is not ‘high’ for junk food made in one’s kitchen, especially not here where everyone has their own cook, a plethora of expensive yet respected restaurants/bakeries to choose from and over 9000 copycat businesses scattered all over.
Oh and ‘professional’ and ‘home business’ do not go hand in hand, they contradict one another.

Of course I agree that restaurants and such should be checked and so, but Gathering isn’t a restaurants, not yet at least. Gathering is in it’s first steps. That’s the beauty of a home business, it starts small. However, I can assure you that there’s no need for Gathering to be checked by the health inspector whatsoever because we’re sure of our cleanliness and you can see it yourself through our moltens.

I personally think that there's nothing wrong with trying, and if (if) you're referring to Gathering as a "copycat" well that's your opinion too. But if you're considering that a new idea of a molten cake is a "copycat", then all restaurants should shut down considering that many offer the same type of food. It's a matter of taste, and people get to choose. I don't see the problem in having a variety of choice.
