My name is Mishari S. Al-Mufarreh, im 26 years young, im interested in biking, watersports, fishing, swimming and squash. I obtained a Bachelars degree in Management Information Systems, College of Business Administration – KU. I Worked in Global Investment House for 3 years then started “Al-Mufarreh Trainings & Consultations” in 2009.

Al-Mufarreh’s company, what is it about, a brief preview if you may ?
Al-Mufarreh Trainings & Consultations does not do mass trainings. I believe that our information is considered highly effective and the techniques which are taught are very powerful for creating change thus, we focus on smaller groups and quality of graduates. Currently our marketing method is based on one-to-one direct marketing which is considered the most powerful marketing method used worldwide.

Our participants and graduates are very close to us and we differ with our special relationship with our customers. We are also considered one of the very few companies that delivers NLP & NLP in Business in English and Arabic. On the other hand, we also do HR Training Strategies and plans for institutions and banks.

We specialize in NLP, NLP in Business, Negotiation, Presentation Skills, NLP in Sales, Hypnosis, Communication Skills, Values Systems, Personal Skills and Timeline Therapy™. Most of these courses have 2 levels the Practitioner & Master Practitioner and they are approved by American Boards and Associations.

What were the difficulties that came along the way ?
Choosing to quit working as an employee was brave, ofcourse it had its difficult moments and in the same time opened a new untapped horizon of possibilities. The idea of being your own boss inspired me a lot and feeling free to guide your own business to endless opportunities created a boost and generated motivation.

Starting my own business was a challenge because I totally depended on myself for a lot of things in the beginning. As time passed by, you realize that you are beginning to delegate and outsource a lot of things to ease the process. We are still small but determinant and everything grows and our business model has great potential in Kuwait and the region which gives us more motivation to continue flourishing.

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now ?
We can see Al-Mufarreh Trainings & Consultation 5 years from now as a regional player in providing up-to-date education and knowledge to our clients individually and institutionally. We have been working with large international corporations like Chevron, Global and other local corporations and will continue to expand our business.

The basic idea of going from point A to point B is the belief. In life, it’s a one time chance to make the best out of it.. why waste time?
