Before you click ahead and go through the details, I just want to say to the mentors that I have never seen such wonderful gathering of beautiful talents and people. There is never a better time for me to bring in my blog’s slogan other than now “Let There Be Light” bless you all & I demand to have a special spotlight for each and everyone of you in my interviews section, its mandatory.

Program:
Launching now is the new creative summer program, The Protégés. It is intended to build tomorrow’s leaders of Kuwait, to provide them a chance to experience new adventures, and to give them the formula they need to be successful in whatever they’re passionate about!
It will give participants a fun time during the hot summer weather where they will be engaging in all sort of activities, games, workshops, and new experiences. The program will provide them with the tools they need to improve their professional, social, personal, and practical skills. It will also allow them to interact with talented people who are very successful in their fields, where they will be able to learn from their experiences and gain the knowledge they lack.
When ?
The Protégés will take place from June 19th to July 29th; however, registration has started last week. They will be featuring their booths at selected universities and will be touring high schools soon. Through a filtration and interview process, they will be choosing the most qualified 25 applicants on personality and leadership based criteria.

Is their a way to know about the details of the program? like time and place.
And is there a constant booth at kuniv.?
Nouf, the program is very dynamic; therefore, there is no specific place. As for the time, generally speaking, it is from 2-6 pm .. somedays maybe longer.
seems like a cool program, the only thing thats missing from the info is who are these mentors, what are there credentials, achievments why were they chosen to be a mentor, wish that info was given and i hope they werent just of random popular people with less than 10 years of experience in the field

As for the experience, I know they look young, but most of these mentors have more than 10 years of experience and the couple that don’t hold even bigger achievements. After all, numbers remain numbers and we all know it’s the accomplishments that matter. How great is to to show students that they could learn from people who are that successful and only a generation older .. simply inspirational – and this is what The Proteges is all about
