The thing is, all that crap people do with their hair makes it look good short-term, but totally wrecks it in the long run.

I agree with Alawadhi, eat healthy. Stop putting crap in your hair. Don’t over wash it. Use soap that is as organic as possible, or something prescribed by your doctor.

I’ve never seen hair that is “bad.” Good hair? Everyone has good hair, whether it’s straight, wavy, curly, afro, whatever, embrace it.

the clip in extensions aren’t so bad on your hair… but still who are you trying to fool? they’re fun for once in a while glamor up… but if u REALLY want to take care of your hair dont even consider a weave! that stuff will tear up your hair causing breakage and stress and god knows what else. If you’re losing hair cuz of diet and ‘weightloss’ then sweetie you’re doing it all wrong. You have to ensure u have a healthy diet thats not lacking in anything. You have to have balanced meals or else all that weight you lost will come right back. Exercise has actually been linked to good hair since it aids in circulation which in turn can lead to healthy hair.

Once upon a time I spend 370 KD on coloring, highlight and a haircut and after 3 months a re-cut my hair and changed the color again to one solid color.

Girls don’t do extensions ….. they weakening hair roots, and you would end up with more hair loss. Just eat healthy, take your supplement and check your iron lever in your blood. If you wear 7jab massage your scalp after taking it off.

dalal plz dont use extensions as they will not cure ur hair loss/fall problem it will only worsen it!!! just use supplements and vitamins as some1 else said plus they’re 7aram!!

I spend a lot of time and money on my hair. I take supplements to strengthen hair, I use tonics, natural oils, other hair products, and I’m really contemplating hair extensions or a weave(still haven’t reached that point), although my hair is really beautiful, but has been falling a lot because of weightloss & diet ;p

wow..nice facts btw..i didnt know it myself!!yea we all spend a good amount of time fixing our hair but not 10 hours thats just weird!! hair care is diffcult at times that when females tend to get other alternatives but still eating well and plenty of water helps

for me good hair is hair that is healthy, shiny, has volume and that is well cared for. no need for extensions and weaves the more natural the better.

ummm didnt cheryl cole get into trouble when doing that l’oreal ad for ‘great hair’ when half of her hair in the ad were those of extensions?? hmmm yes women spend a ton of money on their hair… constantly trying to find the next thing… and alotta girls in kuwait use extensions… u’d be surprised or even really expensive wigs… personally good hair is that which is healthy and thick and suits my face…. gotta love vitamins and lotsa water… and natural oils for ure hair

hmmm…….I would never spent hours just for a hair dress…and since years I never let someone cutting my hairs…cut it always by myself, but this is just working because of my long hair
