ilee a3arfa, the Metal Recycling Company (MRC) have been providing pick up services for organizations, and they pick up paper, plastic and sometimes glass and cans. I’m not sure about residential programs. http://mrckw.com/
Green Target: Who are supposed to pick up paper their number is Hotline – 944 449 27 Office – 22 44 6161 . They have recently had some changes to their business aims, so you will have to ask if they still pick up paper.
I also vaguely remember that some co-ops have a bin outside (Qurtoba’s atleast does) for recycling paper.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Abdallah and dear readers,
I really appreciate the approach of our company CEO about recycling, this was my dream come true. I feel in this way we are caring about the earth and future of our kids. I hope more companies will come forward with more efforts.
My personal experience with recycling companies:
I contacted all listed recycling companies in Kuwait and we got the best bussiness aproach and offer from Green Target Company, who even sent their bussiness representative for presentation.Their bussiness offer is incredible, they will collect vaste paper for free, all we have to do is collect the paper in company’s storage place and give them a call!
GTC keep good work and please consider recycling another materials like plastic, glass, etc. I m ready to persuate my manager about any recycling options.
I am the manager at MRC. We offer the Newair program, a home and residential program for collecting recyclables. I look forward to hearing from you at sr.alessa@MRC.com.kW or 9722 7422 for any inquiries about the program.
We recycle paper, plastic, steel, and working closely with the government for e-waste, toners, batteries, light bulbs, glass, etc.
