Actually, and without doubt, an apartment here is worth a full fledge villa or what have you. Still, I want to know how much is it to actually live in one of these babies, oh and im not talking duplex yet.
Its just that I strongly beleive in apartments being the next big thing on so many levels. But oh well, explanation wont be necessary.
Any guesses or actual answers would help tremendously.

taking in consideration the strategic location, the importance of the building and the luxury of it, i’d say around 500K, in Kuwaiti dinar off course.
what ‘strategic location’? its located down town… terrible roads, no easy access, area always noisy, infrastructure of the area needs to be upgraded…
only good thing in living in such a building is for you to brag about living in a highrise apartment building. I’m sure that would be appealing to many Kuwaitis especially if the apartment was priced +500K!!

Once Kuwaitis stop being loud, start being clean, stop being inconsiderate, start smiling more often, stop staring, and feel that its safe to ride an elevator with the opposite sex I’ll consider living in an apartment building.
guys its around 70000 kd to buy and 1500 rental . cut this aint a residential building
