Nasties Collision
We went and saw the amazing AVATAR the other day with friends, everything in the movie was superb aside from the “killed” scenes here and there.
I usually dont post things I dont like, at all, yet this scene was NEWS to me.
Do you see this when you go to cinemas ? What gives ? what mentality ? why would you do that ? is it a committed action for the known saying ” Maal 3amik la ihimik ? ” Oh and dont blame the uneducated, we were in 360 mall, so no excuses.
A big Thank you to a particular someone from Al-Marzoug family for HIS unstoppable support, patience and future vision for a better cinema experience.

I honestly think that pop corn splits from your hands unwillingly and without even knowing. You can’t go and pick them up because it’s dark and when the movie finishes you probably forget about it. Nevertheless, vacuum cleaner can get rid of it all in seconds.
SALEM, yeah that might happen, what about popcorn boxes left out ? the bags full ok coke, water and popcorn left outs on the ground ?
Thank u Abdullah for this post! im really disgusted when seeing such thing! not only in the cinema theaters! even on the streets! cham marah ashof q8teyen o ghair q8teyen simply yeft7on el deresha o ya7thfon ger6aas aw 3elch aw ayshay! ya3ni sayartk/ch tkhalenha netheefa o deratkum etwaskhonha! :s

Sm, thanks for dropping by, I agree with you, its about your conscious, your up bringing, how you feel about those picking things after you.
Its also about respect and appreciation, clearly, missing.
I think Ansam blogged about this a while ago as well. I hate when I see things like this happen in Kuwait.

I think its mainly due to the people getting used to having someone clean up after them. The other day my friends and I took a walk next to the shalaih and there was trash EVERYWHERE it was disgusting.
You know whats even worse? When people smoke while walking in the malls and flick their cigarette behind them chena ga3deen eb bait uboohum, mayfakroon bily ga3id yamshi warahum??
Okay I think my rant is enough
Ya36eek el 3afya 3ala ur amazing blog!
Chirp, Thank you for dropping by
Honestly, I do see these things here and there, there is nothing we can do except for being the change we want to see.
Example, do something nice, the rest will imitate you, that also depends on your influence level.
Yeah I agree… I posted something similar in my “No-No” posts! Its really bad

Oooookay gelna it’s dark and you can’t see anything if a popcorn or two fall on the floor and you pick it up afterwards, bs ina you put the whole thing on the floor and it just falls and after the movie it’s still there thinking “weee 6a7, il3umal inathfona” :/

it wouldn’t hurt if you just pick up what you finished with and throw it in the garbage can or at least put it in a plastic bag you buy the popcorn in and leave it.
o mu bas in cinemas, everywhere
I’m done with my taqreer
Its really bad I hope it gets fixed
thanks for the great post
” bs ina you put the whole thing on the floor and it just falls and after the movie it’s still there thinking “weee 6a7, il3umal inathfona” :/ ” <– so true, HAHAHAH !!
No, No, thank you for dropping by and sharing your thoughts.
I agree with everyone’s opinions. It may happen unintentionally, but probably not all the time. People are mostly used to others cleaning after them; in cinemas the workers, and at home the maids. Public awareness needs to be raised as u are doing and ansam previously.
Agreed
i knowwww so true !! i hate leaving my stuff there..its shameful !=O
p0ach.. I love how you never post negative news, sometimes, you need a blog full of positivity to take things off your mind .. but things like this definitely need to be addressed.. or at least you have to post about them in order for people to understand the mistakes they are making! Thanks for this post.. Kuwait needs to understand that to develop a sophisticated society, you need to solve the simplest issues such as cleanliness in public spaces.. You brought up the Al-Marzouq family individual who strives to give the best cinema experience.. not only do they strive to do that with the cinemas but let us not forget the um kalthom museum.. they strive to educate the public on the important figures in our history as well
The art work in 360.. people ask why would they hang a 2.6 million dollar chandelier by Chahuli in 360 mall when people will not appreciate art like that.. you need to show people so they can eventually understand the value of these objects..
Again, Thanks p0ach..!
