I hate it when someone tells me “don’t worry that person is cool they drink” or “don’t worry that person drinks so they r open minded” wat the hell! Open minded doesn’t equal smoking and drinking! Being open minded means accepting others peoples beliefs and respecting them.
On an another note, I really need 2 start writing my dissertation and doing research bas mali khulg.

My friends getting married to a Kuwaiti man and we were wondering according to Kuwaiti culture and tradition who pays for the wedding party? Is it the groom or the bride? Thanks in advance
according to kuwaiti culture and the islamic relgion , that is if he was a kuwaiti muslim .. the guy should pay what we call “Mahar” and it deffers from guy to guy and status . <>

Thanks for the reply! Yes he is a Kuwaiti muslim. He has stated that he pays the dowry(mahr) but that the wedding expenses for a party are traditionally paid by the women’s family according to Kuwaiti customs is this true?
