Karlovy Vary: Smurf’s Town
Karlovy1

View from my room

The place im in right now is breath-taking.

The river, weather, atmosphere, forest, silent people are just amazingly unbleivable. Having a hectic schedule, throwing myself at the arms of work back in kuwait with non stop calls and communication needs is just too much.

Coming here is the exact opposite. People dont understand your language, you sure as hell dont know their’s, without a medium of communication except for sign language that works well with me.

Rehab bit. I am here to assist my mother and aunt. They are so much more fun then I thought. Gladly, there are Kuwaiti women here so they can talk and communicate with’em. Some are distant relatives, some are just friends. Yet, the bunch is really delightful. They remind me of the women I was surrounded with when I was a little kid in Montrouex, Switzerland.  In other words, KafKheeN.

The place as I described it to mum is a Smurf’s Village. People are somehow the same, they look the same, wear nearly the same clothes and for some strange reason most women prefer their hair short, very short.

There is alot to talk about, the treatments im having on a daily basis, the” TAKE IT OFF, ALL OF IT, NOW” part, there is the age apart and ofcourse culture.

I’ll cover these bits seperately later on.

Have a blast kids.

  2. I went to the exact same place when I was really young (around 3rd grade). When you’re that age, it’s not much of a cool place haha, but I seem to appreciate it now that my parents took me there. A major thing I remember is that my parents would always take me and my brother to a water fountain/well place that had “healthy” water. me and my brother hated it! haha.. But I can see how my parents would have liked it. It snowed while we were there too, that was pretty cool. Enjoy your time!
