How she did it is pretty straightforward, she basically bent the hot glass over the object in the way she liked it.
But the question that you should be asking is how she THOUGHT of it. That’s art!

Actually it might be doable…
First the glass is quite thick, fa the heat is somewhat insulated.
Second, the light bulbs are quite large fa it takes way longer for them to generate enough heat that would transfer onto the adjacent object.
