   This is a new office tower/mall being built by A’ayan Real Estate. Its about twenty something floors high, 3 of which is going to be a mall. The structure was designed by an international company (RTKL) and I really like the way it is going to look.

   all the construction in Fahaheel is great but that area(besides the sea-kout,manshar) doesn’t really need any more crowding as it is really unbareable to find a parking spot on weekends(seriously last week it took me 35 min to park<<im really pissed:P)

   Actually guys the project is going forward as planned and they are working on the excavation stage. It did not stop. The excavation stage alone should take 6 months. There will be parking in the basement, im not sure how much though. As for the design, its kind of modern looking, with a stone facade. I think it looks very elegant. I have a picture somewhere in my email inbox but im not sure if I should give it out.
