EntroPay
This payment method, EntroPay, is like paypal with a twist.
What you need to know:
- You must sign up.
- Send money/funds from your Debit, Credit Card (Visa, Maser) to that virtual account.
- When you send the money, treat the virtual account as a prepaid card. so locally, think ” KFH’s Tamweel Net, NBK’s Online Visa card) clear ?
- The fees are alright, not cheap but alright. check the fees HERE.
You can use this method for places that ONLY allow US issued credit cards, list includes:
iTunes, Amazon (Kindle section specifically), Armani Exchange, US based shops.
Interesting facts found from their website:
- EntroPay is certified by the UK Financial Services Authority.
- EntroPay Cards are issued and controlled by a bank in the European Union.

Unfortunately they don’t provide a billing address in the US.
From the FAQ:
“We do not provide an address with EntroPay Virtual Cards.
When making payments with EntroPay Virtual Cards note that you may input any address and name however as some merchants may insist on verifying orders manually we do suggest you enter your own name/address.”
It’s probably going to be refused if you try to use it on a place that accepts only US addresses.

Do you mean that if I have an AMEX card then I don’t have to use EntroPay or I should use both at once?

Most of the people in this region have accounts with Aramex, etc, so having a US or a UK address is not an issue at all.
I know, I’m in the same boat. But the reason you can’t use your Kuwaiti CC with iTunes, for example, is because it checks the address that’s on record for your card. As in, with your bank.
When you try to pay with your EntroPay card and a US billing address, how can your Aramex address be verified if it’s not on record with EntroPay?
Have you tried it with US-only stores?

There are those who tries this method when buying an electronic book from amazon. Kindle to be specific. check the link i provided about my kindle, its in the bottom of my post, then go to the comments section, you’ll find someone who talks about using it.
Also, another thing you can do is get these methods to order stuff:
1- Change the address of your credit card address to that on your aramex account through your bank. I did it and ordered stuff directly from the apple store, a laptop.
2- Get an amex card. American Express.

if you have an amex card, you can directly buy whatever you want without any extra thing to worry about
